Bring on the calm!

As much as I love the holidays and spending time with my family, I am ready for some peace and quiet! It is always so hectic trying to put up decorations, buying gifts, traveling, cooking, taking down decorations. Not to mention this year I was in "Tangled" Barbie accessory hell! I still haven't figured out why toy manufacturers INSIST on making toys so darn rediculous to take out of the box with those dang twistie ties. I really despise those things! Enough of that ranting....peace and quiet =). The whole school schedule has been confusing for me as well, what is actually due and what not. I'm ok with doing homework and going back to a normal school schedule and spend time at home with my daughter, just the two of us, playing with ALL of her new toys from Christmas. I hope you all had a wonderful year in 2010 and may the new year bring peace and happiness.
